The Womb +

The Heart

Online - 19th February 2026

Thursday 19th FEBRUARY from 6.30-9pm GMT

This online container is limited to a group of 12 so that I can work with you with more personalised support through the session.

EmBODYING CONNECTION with and BETWEEN THE WOMB AND THE HEART.

  • Do you live with gynaecological symptoms, discomfort during your cycle and crave more understanding of your body?

  • Are you feeling numb or disconnected from your genitals, cycles or pelvic space?

  • Are you trying to conceive and feeling your body needs more than charts, timelines and supplements?

  • Are you finding it hard to connect to pleasure?

This workshop offers time to come back into a visceral and heartfelt relationship with your womb without fixing, rushing, or pressure through felt-sense tracking, anatomical & pelvic mapping, breath, and embodiment practices.

Come and learn how to listen more deeply to your body.

If you’ve felt discomfort or numbness in your pelvis, disconnect from your womb space, if you are on a fertility journey, dealing with gynaecological pathology, the legacy of boundary rupture(s), challenging menstrual cycles, healing from pelvic surgery or wanting to heal after birth, this workshop will offer you the means to explore and be present with what is here now in your body.

When we cultivate the means to listen in a more nuanced way, we are giving our body an opportunity to be held with care, contacted at its own pace and in the way that it is asking for.

This is the gateway towards repair.

THE HEART

The Heart is the living rhythm that influences nervous system tone. In Chinese Medicine it is the is related to our scope for connection to and receptivity of the world and relationships. In Chinese Medicine and embryological development, the Heart is connected with the face, with our capacity to open and close to connection, and to being and feeling seen.

THE WOMB

The womb receives, responds, holds, and expresses what your life experiences have woven into your body. Culturally, emotionally, and somatically our wombs carry stories of creation and loss, pleasure and grief, stress and transition. Chinese Medicine shows us that our womb Blood is in relationship with our Heart, Liver, Spleen, and Brain. When something is out of kilter, our Blood and organ systems communicate with us about it.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down and rest your attention in the body. Learning and exploring the means to be curious, receptive and in relationship with the precious vessel of your body. You will work at your pace and choice over what you opt in and out of throughout.

What PEOPLE HAVE SAID ABOUT EMILy’s WORKSHOPs…

Emily is a profound mentor, example and guide on this journey into deeper connection with our innermost body. The knowledge she imparts about our physiology is evidence based but the awareness she engenders is intuitive. She has a magical way of drawing out and honouring the embodied wisdom each person already possesses, rather than seeking to impose it from the outside, so that learning from her feels like rediscovering something you knew all along but wanted to be reminded of. In her groups, she creates a grounded, nourishing environment where I felt truly comfortable, at rest and able to be myself - a perfect atmosphere for discovery and exploration. I took away from this workshop some very practical exercises to use in daily practice, but also an experience of the difference they make, so that I am actually inclined to incorporate them into my everyday life. The sense of a greater aliveness, connection and harmony has remained with me. I’m sure the world would be an even better place to live if everyone had the chance to learn these skills from Emily.
